Our roller blend with Lavender, francinsense, camomile and geranium.

Evidence shows different essential oils can affect mood, blood pressure, perception of pain and concentration. Essential oils can help relieve stress during labour which can ease pain. Lavender and frankincense were found to be most beneficial for reducing anxiety, fear and pain in labour as well as chamomile. Frankincense is great for deep breathing, this signals our parasympathetic nervous system to calm the body down. Chamomile soothes pain and geranium uplifts the spirit
