Return & Refund Policy

If there is something wrong with your order please notify us as soon as possible by contacting info@birthbox.ie

To be eligible for a return,we must receive your items back to us within 14 days of your original delivery date and items must be unused and in the original packaging. Any seals must not be broken.

To start your return please contact us and we will provide details of the return process.

Until your return has reached us safely we do not hold any responsibility. Please ensure the return is packaged correctly to avoid damage in transit. Once we receive your item and proof of purchase, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.

If your return is approved we will refund via the original method of payment. This may take a few days. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
