Book a personalised Infant Care Session with a qualified Birth and Postpartum Doula, available online or in your own home in Dublin or Kildare. This relaxed, hands-on session covers everything from feeding support, infant soothing techniques, safe sleep, nappy changing, and bathing, to safe babywearing with a stretchy wrap. It’s a great opportunity to build confidence, learn practical skills, and ask any questions you may have. Sessions can be booked during pregnancy to help you prepare, or postpartum for extra support once your baby arrives. This session lasts approximately three hours.
