Prepare for Birth & Postpartum | Antenatal Workshop September 2024

PREPARE FOR BIRTH AND POSTPARTUM WITH AISLING FINNEGAN AND LOUISE GRANT.

This is an informal and relaxed Doula led antenatal class to prepare and empower you for birth and postpartum. Our next workshop is on Sunday September 1st from 9.30 am until 4pm in Barberstown Castle, Straffan, Co. Kildare.

We believe that preparing for postpartum is JUST AS IMPORTANT as preparing for birth, and our workshop covers everything from birth to postpartum in a fun and engaging way.

Our goal is to empower expectant parents to trust their bodies, their choices, their boundaries, and their decisions. Education and preparation are key to a positive birth and postpartum experience, and our workshop is the perfect way to get started on that journey.

So, if you’re looking for a supportive, inclusive, and fun antenatal workshop experience, we would love to welcome you to our small, intimate group at Barberstown Castle. Price includes lunch and refreshments for two so bring along your partner / birth support person.
